The Afzal Noor Trust Foundation is dedicated to serve the healthcare and educational needs of the impoverished and under-served communities globally by establishing hospitals, providing medical services, books, scholarships and more. We strive to save lives one step at a time.
Afzal Noor Trust Foundation is a nonprofit corporation and operates exclusively for healthcare and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
The medical facility contains maternity and pediatric care services, along with a primary care department. The facility provides basic checkup and Prenatal services is at no-cost, while the maternity services including normal childbirth and neonatal care is provided at a very small token fee to the poor, impoverished and under-served rural communities of the Okara, Punjab region of Pakistan.
