Afzal Noor Trust Foundation’s general clinic is open 7- days a week with clinical staff on duty 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. The ANTF medical facility contains prenatal services, maternity and pediatric medical services, along with a primary care department and serves the entire rural and underserved area. The health care is no-cost, low-cost and affordable maternity and pediatric outpatient medical care to the poor, impoverished and under-served of the Okara, Punjab region of Pakistan. Facility is further equipped with Laboratory for Blood test including CBC, Hepatitis screening.
Furthermore, ANTF medical services include 24-7 ambulance services to facilitate patient transport to/from area hospital.
In addition, ANTF sets up medical camps in neighboring villages periodically and provides medical and education material related to basic health needs.
